Delegation visits for School Leaders
In order to inspire and lead, we believe it is fundamental for school leaders to visit schools around the world with different contexts and teaching practices to think critically about how education systems work, and how they might be improved.
A Leadership Delegation is an educational travel experience that offers school leaders the opportunity to see education in action and importantly, inspire ways for your school to improve by learning from your peers. The delegation will include school visits, meetings with local education colleagues, an immersive cultural experience and a local GSA Conference. During the visit, school leaders will have the opportunity to meet with potential partner schools and establish those transformational, meaningful partnerships.
The delegation is included in and central to our transformation programmes; one of the key rewarding, professional development experiences that is perfect for developing the role as an International Coordinator or research for leadership.
