Meet the Speakers
Lori Beckwith, ClassLink
Lori Beckwith is currently the Vice President of International Business for ClassLink and based in the United States. Ms. Beckwith has been in the global education technology industry for over 15 years in senior leadership roles and has conducted business in over 70 countries. Her areas of expertise are cross-cultural collaboration as well as establishing strategic partnerships and key alliances in both the private and public sectors.
Trevor Greenhill, STEER
Trevor brings with him 30 years of teaching experience in the secondary sector in both day and boarding schools.
He joined the STEER team in 2017 and has been guiding some of our largest senior schools from launch, through roll out towards accredited status. Trevor has been pioneering the use of AS Tracking in Premier League Football academies, demonstrating the impact the tool can have on the sustained, holistic performance and wellbeing of elite young players. Trevor is passionate about sharing the contribution AS Tracking can make to pastoral care, safeguarding and long term pupil wellbeing in schools and is becoming a well known contributor at conferences and events.
Chris Bass, Class VR
Chris Bass, Educational Specialist at ClassVR, started his early career as a primary school teacher for almost 9 years, in which time he became the IT, Literacy and Music leader. With a love for educational technology and a desire to enhance learning, Chris now leads on the development of educational virtual reality and augmented reality content and works with schools worldwide to implement this exciting technology into classrooms.
Andrew Denford, F1 in Schools
Mr Denford is the Founder and Chairman of the F1 in Schools Technology Challenge – the world’s largest STEM competition operating in over 52 countries world-wide.
Andrew is active world-wide in raising the profile of Engineering and Manufacturing in Education and Training with a view to attracting more school leavers via STEM subjects into an industry with desperate requirements and is passionate in promoting Design & Technology as the key to increasing students’ interest in Engineering.
Dr Dibah Jiva, Themsag
Dr Dibah Jiva is a world leader in medical school applications and has over 14 years of global experience. Dibah has personally helped hundreds of students with low grades, no financial accessibility or with no good alternatives get into medical school. Her company helps roughly 3000 applicants yearly.
She is the 2020 Award winner for Best Business Woman working with Children and Families. She will speak about using innovation and technology to make education, and specifically, science learning better for high school students.
