5th Birthday Event, London – 29th November 2024

The Global School Alliance is very proud to celebrate five wonderful years of bringing together global schools and educators to share outstanding educational practice and support authentic and impactful face-to-face engagement.

To mark this special year; we would be delighted to invite you to attend our fifth birthday celebrations in central London on Friday 29th November 2024 where we will bring together a diverse range of brilliant and committed global educators to highlight this important event.

This will be a unique opportunity to:

• Be part of an event recognising globally-aware schools
• Network with international colleagues who have a rich range of experience and insight to effect transformational change within diverse educational settings
• Hear from our brilliant Global School Ambassadors and advocates around a broad spectrum of global shared concern and themes
• Connect with industry experts and access dedicated support for your staff
• Discover brand-new funding streams and resource to develop international partnerships and bring the world into your classrooms

Venue

The event will take place at the historic Mary Ward House in central London.

Built in 1898, Mary Ward House was the inspiration behind the endeavour to provide a centre of training, care and entertainment for the less fortunate in society. It is located on 5-7 Tavistock Place, within minutes walk of Euston, Kings Cross and Russell Square stations, with direct links to Heathrow, Gatwick, London City & Stansted airports.

The event will be followed by a networking reception and formal dinner between 4:30pm and 7:30pm.

Who can attend?

This event is open to all educators including non Global School Alliance members, however tickets are limited and will be allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Please note: all attendees must be verified by the Global School Alliance and on the guest list to be admitted into the event.
