He has started two EdTech companies that are helping students transition from education to work. Boye Oshinaga

Boye is the co-founder and CEO of Gradely, an app that supports K-12 schools and educators in Africa to personalize learning for kids. Our vision is to improve student learning outcomes at scale.

​​Prior to this, he co-founded Riby, a Fintech company that helps over 3 million Nigerians manage their finances more efficiently through cooperatives.

His professional life has consisted mostly of leading the education division of a technology group that launched the country’s first locally-accredited online degree programs. These programs have 5,000+ students and counting.

Nicolo Bates

Nicolo is a graduate of theUniversity of Miami, where he first thought of the TEDU Learning Support System platform concept. TEDU partners with universities worldwide to centralize their academic support infrastructures using cloud-based software to increase student accessibility, participation, and data analysis while substantially reducing program facilitation costs by improving managerial efficiency.

Michael Fish

Michael co-founded E-Numeracy in 2020, applying the AI technology used in financial services to solve the education challenge of how to help struggling learners be successful and confident with numbers and so to have more opportunities in their careers and in life.

Providing the software for the first decoding of the human genome, and working with almost all the Formula One teams as customers.

Dare Adebayo

Dare is an energetic operation executive with a keen interest in technology integration. He has an excellent record of exceeding profitable goals and a history of success leading initiatives for Sales, Marketing, Customer Relations, Project and Product Management.

An inspiring and motivational manager with first-rate interpersonal skills with an ability and passion to build a lasting relationship with colleagues, clients, partners and vendors.

Dare is a serial entrepreneur, he started his first startup Duslarcreations in 2006 after secondary school at the age of 18 with zero Naira, in 2010 he cofounded ITvessel a software development company, the company worked with Enterprise Clients, Governments and Schools. In 2016, he cofounded Edves an Edtech company focused on re-imagining the Educational sector in Africa.

Irish Ann Foja

Irish is a Marketing Manager at SelfCAD which is an online 3D modeling software, created specifically for STEM education and for the DIY community. It includes a wide selection of tools that one can master in a fraction of the time it takes to learn other compatible software. With experience as a copywriter and a creative solutions specialist Irish brings with her an array of experience in the digital sphere.
